## What Makes Us Different From Other Cabinet Makers in Toronto

Most Toronto kitchen companies sell cabinets built somewhere else. We build ours. Boxes are cut on a Biesse Rover CNC from 18 mm Baltic Birch plywood, edge banded and assembled in our GTA shop, with marine-grade ply at every sink base and poplar face frames on framed styles.

The order of work matters as much as the materials. Old cabinets come out first, then a Proliner laser templates the real walls to 1/16 inch. That data goes straight into an OnShape 3D model, and a Red Seal cabinet maker walks you through it before anything is cut. That is why 99% of our clients report cabinets fit as planned.

Pricing is published per linear foot, and your written tally comes before any deposit. Blum Legrabox and Blumotion are standard on every job, and the 15-year workmanship warranty is transferable. We are NKBA and KCMA certified, carry $5M liability and WSIB, and handle condo Status Certificate submissions in-house.

## How a Custom Cabinet Project Works

1 week of CAD design and change rounds, 3-4 weeks of CNC fabrication and finishing, 3-4 days on site.

A 1912 brick house with a 1990s laminate kitchen and plaster walls that leaned 5/8 inch over nine feet. After tear-out, Proliner templating caught the lean and the CAD model added a tapered scribe so the tall pantry meets the wall with no visible gap.

### Do you handle condo Status Certificate submissions?

Yes, included on every condo project in Yorkville, Harbourfront, Liberty Village, King West and surrounding downtown towers. Typical turnaround from signed design to approved submission: 7 business days.

### What is included in your 15-year workmanship warranty?

Lifetime coverage on Blum hardware, 15-year coverage on cabinet box joinery, 5-year coverage on paint-grade finish. Transferable to next homeowner. Priority response for minor repairs.

### Can you fit custom cabinets in a 600 sqft condo?

Yes. Compact galley and L-shape layouts are 40% of our Yorkville, Harbourfront and King West work. Proliner laser templates to 1/16 inch guarantee first-try fit around elevator-fit constraints.

### What is the difference between refacing and a full custom reno?

Refacing = new doors + drawer fronts on your existing boxes, roughly 60% of a full custom cost, 2-3 week turnaround. Full custom = new Baltic Birch ply boxes + doors + hardware, 4-6 week turnaround, 15-year warranty.

### Do you install Blum hardware on every cabinet?

Yes. Every door gets Blumotion soft-close hinges and every drawer runs on Blum Legrabox, with Aventos lifts on uppers where the layout suits them. Blum hardware carries a lifetime mechanical rating and our lifetime hardware warranty.

### Can you match an existing cabinet finish for a kitchen addition?

Usually yes. We take a door or drawer front to the shop, colour-match paint in Benjamin Moore Advance or build a stain and oil sample board, and you approve the sample before production. Natural wood that has aged for years can still differ slightly, and we show you that on the sample first.

### Do you offer trade pricing for Toronto builders and designers?

Yes. Architects, GCs and kitchen designers get trade pricing, a CAD-to-CAD workflow with shop drawings, on-site project coordination and a certificate of insurance within 24 hours.

### What material do you use for bathroom vanity boxes?

Bathroom vanity boxes are moisture-resistant HDF with sealed edges, with marine-grade plywood available for sink bases. Fronts are finished in UV-cured conversion varnish so humidity does not lift the finish.

### Can you handle multi-unit condo building bulk cabinet orders?

Yes. Buildings of 20+ suites get locked per-unit pricing of $5,500-$9,500, a standardized SKU catalog, parallel crews and phased suite-by-suite handover with COI in hand, as on our 24-unit King West rollout.

### How does payment work on a custom cabinet project?

Payment follows a 25/50/25 draw schedule over the life of the project, and paying in full earns a 5% discount. You get a written per-linear-foot tally before any deposit, with no consult fee.

### Do you install cabinets in Mississauga, Oakville and Vaughan?

Yes. Mississauga, Oakville, Vaughan, Brampton, Markham and Richmond Hill have dedicated service-area pages, and we install from Burlington to Pickering and Aurora to Caledon. Cabinets are built in our GTA shop and delivered by our own WSIB-covered crews.

### Can you provide a certificate of insurance for commercial work?

Yes. We issue a certificate of insurance within 24 hours, carry $5M liability and WSIB coverage, and schedule clinic, restaurant, office and retail installs around your opening date or trading hours.
