Door Styles
Six Door Styles We Build
Door style sets the per-linear-foot band: Shaker $350-$500/lf, flat-slab $400-$600/lf, paint-grade $500-$750/lf.
Walnut, white oak, maple
Solid wood flat-slab
A plain slab door that lets the grain carry the design. Walnut and rift-sawn white oak are the most requested; finished in Rubio Monocoat, Osmo or conversion varnish.
Traditional, formal
Raised panel
A centre panel profiled to stand proud of the frame. Suits formal kitchens and older homes with heavy trim.
Transitional
Mitred profile
A frame joined at 45 degrees with a profiled inside edge. Sits between Shaker and raised panel, as in our Leaside Victorian kitchen.
Heritage, true-to-period
Inset
The door sits inside a face frame with an even 1/8 inch reveal. The right call for Rosedale, Davisville and The Annex, and the reason laser templating matters.
Full custom colour
Paint-grade poplar
Solid poplar doors built for paint, in any profile and any colour. Sprayed and cured with a 5-year finish warranty.

Benjamin Moore Advance + Scuffx
Hard-curing paints for cabinets. Scuffx is our choice where doors see heavy use; Advance gives a smooth, furniture-like finish.
Rubio Monocoat + Osmo
Hardwax oils that bond into the wood. Low sheen, natural feel, and simple to spot-repair at home.
UV-cured conversion varnish
The toughest topcoat we spray. Resists chips, moisture and cleaners. Standard on vanities and high-wear painted doors.

Budget tier and bulk-unit programs. Plywood core with a cleanable melamine face.
