1. Agreement to Terms

By using torontoelitekitchencabinets.ca or engaging Toronto Elite Kitchen Cabinets for any project, you agree to these terms. Each project is also governed by its written quote and contract, which takes priority if there is any conflict with this page.

2. Services

Toronto Elite Kitchen Cabinets designs, fabricates and installs custom cabinetry and millwork in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, including:

Residential

Condo

Commercial

Specialized

3. Quotes and Pricing

Prices on this website are published ranges in Canadian dollars, all-in with CNC fabrication and installation unless stated otherwise. Your project price is set by a written tally prepared after laser templating and CAD design, and it is the amount you agree to pay. Taxes are added as required by law. There is no consult fee when the consult is part of a quote.

4. Design Sign-Off

Fabrication begins only after you sign the final CAD model and elevations. Changes requested after sign-off may affect price and timeline and will be confirmed in writing before work proceeds.

5. Payment

Unless your contract says otherwise, payment follows a 25/50/25 draw schedule: 25% to start, 50% before delivery and 25% on completion. Paying in full at signing earns a 5% discount. We accept cash, credit card, e-transfer and cheque.

6. Timelines

Typical timelines are 4-6 weeks of shop time and 3-4 days on site for a standard custom kitchen, with other scopes shown on each service page. Timelines start after design sign-off and deposit, and can be affected by condo board approval, site readiness, other trades and supplier delays outside our control. Where rush scheduling for a condo closing is agreed in writing, delay credits apply as set out in your contract.

7. Site Access and Condo Rules

You agree to provide safe access to the work area and to share any building rules that apply. For condos, we prepare board submissions when requested and follow the building's work hours, elevator bookings and protection requirements.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel before fabrication starts. Costs already incurred for design, templating, board submissions and materials ordered for your project are non-refundable. Once fabrication starts, custom-built items cannot be cancelled.

9. Warranty

Our workmanship warranty covers cabinet box joinery for 15 years, paint-grade finishes for 5 years and Blum hardware for life, and transfers to the next owner of the property. It does not cover damage from misuse, water leaks from plumbing or appliances, normal wear, or work altered by others. Counters, appliances and third-party materials carry their manufacturers' warranties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Toronto Elite Kitchen Cabinets is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.

11. Website Content

Text, drawings, photographs and graphics on this website belong to Toronto Elite Kitchen Cabinets or are used with permission. Case study sizes, timelines and values are shown as ranges for illustration. You may not copy or reuse site content without written permission.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply.
